I created a form for IT support but every time i try to open it from a users account it ask me to log in, is there a way to use it without the need to log in, and does it require a Jira license?
Hi @marijus grybauskas
Welcome to the community.
Are you referring to a from used on a request type in JSM.
You can access a JSM project without logging in, see this KB; https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/04/introducing-the-login-free-portal-for-jira-service-desk-cloud
No i mean i have created a form; https://anonymised.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/IT/forms/form/direct/3752690468686815/10003
And i want the enduser/client to accses it without the need to log in
You need to link this form to a request type.
The request type is visible on the portal and the portal can be accessed without logging on.
A form made in a JSM project can only be used when linked to a Request Type, a form can't be used directly via a URL
https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/getting-started/quick-start-guide#introduction
I've linked it to get IT help.
Im trying to find a solution to link this form from our website directly, and without the need to sing in
@marijus grybauskas Use the below approach
