Download of ebusiness JIRA Version 3.13 HELP

Question

The firm i am working with is looking to migrate our self hosted Jira to Atlasssian Cloud. We still use a really outdated version in addition to "normal Jira", called ebusiness Jira (i think the support for that stopped in like 2017). We use this as a database to look up old issues or projects. In order to migrate this dinosaur of service, i need to upgrade the version to AT LEAST 7.4. The Problem here ist that the oldest version available here is 4.3. And we are still running on 3.1. so i need 3.13 to upgrade to 4.3 to upgrade to 7.4 right? Does anybody here have this version still installed or has a link for downloading this?

Adding to what @Valerie Knapp , if you are interested in engaging with an Atlassian Solution Partner to get help with your migration then you find one that specializes in Cloud Migrations and serves your region through the Atlassian Partner Directory.

Disclosure: I work for Praecipio, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner that specializes in Cloud Migrations (among other specializations), serving the North America region

Hi @Administrator , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

If I were you, I would open a MOVE ticket (which is a support ticket with the Atlassian service desk) - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ . If you are trying to do this by yourself / without a Solution Partner, I think you will anyway need support from Atlassian for this, considering your situation.

Best wishes
