How do I create an automation that creates multiple linked issues based on assigned team and summary

I need some help on how to create an automation that would meet the following set of criteria. 

GIVEN the user manually creates a Story issue
WHEN the Team field is assigned "Team A" and Summary contains keywords "Campaign" and the new work item is created
THEN multiple work items are created with different templated descriptions, templated summary and that adopt the same Team field.

We do not want to create a custom issue type for this and will likely want to replicate this automation for different uses based on the different team assigned. 

Is this possible?

You can do this by having multiple automations, maybe one for each team which are then called from the main automation depending on the conditions you outlined above. 

At my previous work I create our onboarding/off-boarding automations that way. My main automation was calling different automation that was creating the linked tickets based on what department the employee was from.
