Help me, I don't have access to the project my friend share with me

Question

My friend shared a project with me on jira, when i click on the mail to accept the invite, jira is loading without an end, the redirection doesn't work. another problem is that when i acces jira directly from the website, i don't see the project my friend shared with me. Instead i have this error : Hash JTV317
Trace 52ecbadb4e2741f3b62c32bb4d898546

I tried with different adress mail and different browser. How can I fix that???

@Alexandre G

There could be browser cache or application cache, ask your friend to check your details in admin.atlassian.com and ask to cancel and resend the invite.

Try after sometime it should resolve if not then contact atlassian support.

@Alexandre G  If you like the suggesstion, kindly accept the answer.

Hi @Alexandre G , please attempt other browsers. If that still fails ask you colleague to see if the error is reproducible with others. If so report the issue to Atlassian support.
