Jira Automation LookupIssues Email Not Populating Custom Field

This is not populating the value in that custom field. Nothing is coming through in that area. The rest is fine.

What is the type for your field customfield_10404 as that will impact how it is referenced in smart values?

And, what type of project are you using: company-managed, team-managed, JPD, or JSM?

For a number field, please remove the .value and use just {{customfield_10404}}
