Hi Community, I created a backup from our productive environment and I want to restore it to our test environment. And the zip file is looking how it should. The zip consists of: * data folder * logos folder * activeobjects.xml * entities.xml So following Atlassian´s instructions a shall: * Import your data first. Importing your data file will overwrite all data (except for users and groups) in your Jira Cloud site. In the zip file there is a "data" folder but no data file! * Then, import your media file(s). If your media file is greater than 10 GB, split it into smaller (2 - 5 GB) files and import each separately. Learn more There are no "media file(s)" I hope that someone can help. I followed the instructions from Atlassian (System> Import and export > Backup manager) which creates a backup file (in xml format) and I could import exactly this file (in our test environment).

Automation rules I had to export/import separately. But this is very easy.

Still queues and layout is missing.

Most likely you need to contact Atlassian support directly, I've heard of multiple instances having problems restoring cloud backups recently.

I understand that users are not contained in the backup. But custom fields, workflows and automations should
