We have a few cloud JSM projects we need to move to another instance.
I've read on this page that Atlassian user accounts will migrate across.https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-users-and-groups-when-you-copy-product-data/However, what I am unclear on is if portal-only customers will also migrate.
