We have a customer who uses ServiceNow. We would like to do a 2-way integration between their ServiceNow instance and our JSM Premium instance. Can anyone share any feedback on the various options available? There seems to be quite a few out there.

My advice would be to check out a few apps, email the vendors and ask them about your specific requirements and see what they say.
