How to edit category?

How do you edit (add) category in a project. I only have two choices, 1 - None and 2 - Test.

You need to have project admin rights for this project!

If you are a JIRA admin, you can add/update project categories under Administration > Projects > Project Categories. After adding/modifying a new category you can use it when editing a project.
