How can I disable certain organizations from viewing the list of requests in the customer portal in Jira Service Management?
@Jonathan Centeno Actually there is no way to disable a specific Organization in the JSM. BUt as a workaround and if you want to disable it from the specific project then i think you should remove that organzation from the project.
Else, You must delete it from the Jira product settings. Navigate to Settings > Products in the top right corner, select the organization, and click More > Delete organization.
@Jonathan Centeno as @Yogesh Mude stated before me, you can restrict who can raise a request type by organization (or by customers/groups) using the Restrictions (lock) on each request type.Viewing is different, these restrictions only apply to raising; who can view requests is controlled by Issue Security Schemes, not organizations.

@Christos Markoulatos -Relational- @Yogesh Mude Thanks for the feedback but what I mean is, in the customer portal, Organization A should be able to view all requests within their organization, while Organization B should only be able to view their own individual requests, not all requests within Organization B
Hi @Jonathan Centeno
This can't be done.
The customer settings regarding permissions are global in the project, not per organisation.
@Jonathan Centeno By default if the request is shared with Org A then that will be visible to customers belong to the Org A not the Org B.
