What tools do you recommend for analyzing Jira logs? Also, what are the best practices for manuadlly analyzing logs?

I'd recommend automated analysis tools over manually inspecting your logs. 😃

In situations where you need to manually review logs, I like to use Visual Studio Code along with a VSCode log file highlighter to make it easier to scan your logs.
