Product Licesnses and Expiry

Question

Hi team,

We are developing a portal for the team to show the license details to the user, what licenses are available and assigned to which user, and when they are going to expire, so we can renew before it expire.

We have done this for the other application, and with just JIRA APIs, we are not getting a proper response.

Could you please help us?

Welcome to Atlassian community.

If I understand correctly your question, you need to check the user status (active, inactive) inside the Atlassian organization, in order to check if each user has proper product access or not.

When you say you're not getting a proper response, could you provide more details as to what your expectations are? What API endpoints are you trying to connect to? Are they returning a specific error message that you're having trouble with?
