Filtering by components

Hello everyone,

Is it possible for a customer to filter by component in the service portal? If so, how do you set this up? What do the fields that can be filtered by depend on?

@Benjamin Buchwald With default functionality its not possible in jira/JSM.

But using the third party add-ons it may be.

* My Requests Extension for JSM: Adds a dedicated request view with support for sorting, filtering, and displaying more fields (including components).
* Advanced Portal Reports: Allows customers to view and filter requests using various fields, export data, and customize views.

No this is not possible ootb.
