How to import work items with attachments to an existing JIRA Project? I was able to import using the csv but i need to also include the attachments related to the work items.

on that a note, you will need to have stored the files on a location that is reachable by your instance.
Can the attachment be on my local machine? How to connect the attachments with JIRA? I have to import my work items from a csv which also has some attachments related.
No they can't be on you local machine, this is stated in the KB provided by @Prachi Bolar
"Attachment URLs must use HTTP or HTTPS and be in a location that your Jira instance can access."
