How to find out who activate ROVO in Jira?

I have received this message (pic below) that ROVO is activated for our organization.

First I would like to know:

* who was the person which activate ROVO? How to find it out?
* when it was activated?
* how much does it cost to have ROVO active?

"Rovo is available at no additional upfront cost to organizations with active Cloud subscriptions

Billing and Usage Limits

* No Additional Cost: After Rovo is enabled for your site, you will not be invoiced separately for Rovo. If you previously activated Rovo and were billed, invoicing will stop once your site is onboarded into the new Rovo offering.

* Usage Limits: Rovo usage is governed by your subscription tier and the number of users on your base subscription. For details, refer to the Rovo usage limits."
