Unable to create an Jira account

Hi there,

Suddenly I can not create any jira account since 2-3month.

it says There are limited agent slots remaining in the upper right corner.

Could you pleae tell me how to delete unnesessary accounts?

What steps are you doing, can you show screenshots?

If you have no access rights to create a new user, this means you don't have there permissions.

Contact your another admins in the system or ask you IT department who can create an account.

Thank you for your quick reply. I tried to create the new account but it shows no access right for this portal. Could you please give me some advice?

Welcome to the community.

Access Atlassian Administration:

* Log in to your Jira instance and go to Settings (the gear icon).
* Go to User Management: Select User management from the menu.
* Select the User: Find and select the specific user whose JSM license you want to remove.
* Disable JSM Access: Under the Access section, toggle the Jira Service Management option off.
