Misleading instruction in rich text fields

Hi. Every rich text field whether custom of baseline includes the instruction to 'Paste a Confluence or Loom link here, and we'll generate a description automatically from the contents'. 

This is irrelevant to us and confusing for users. Is there a way to either edit or remove this?
