How does Atlassian add banners

Question

I've seen the banners on the Atlassian site. This looks really great to give a heads up/Announcements to their customers. To avoid complications in upgrades, what they can do and explore before time.

I want it on my company site. How can it be possible as a Confluence Cloud Standard Admin

@Maria Rusnakova Thank you for this reminder. We just got moved to the new UI over the weekend, so I added a banner to let my users know where to find information about it.

as Confluence Administrator you are able to create banners in the Confluence administration under Announcement. You can read more here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/configuring-an-admin-announcement-banner/
