Welcome to the community :)

There isn't a strict maximum limit to how many Organisation Admins can be but Atlassian recommends having at least two to ensure redundancy and prevent loss of administrative access.

So you can have 3 or more than that.

Yes, having more than one Organization Admin is possible and recommended. Atlassian recommends always having at least two Organization Admins to ensure you don't lose access to important administrative functions. To add another Organization Admin:

* Log in to admin.atlassian.com and select your organization.
* Go to Settings > Administrators.
* Click on "Add administrators".
* Enter the Atlassian account email address of the user you want to make an Organization Admin.
* Click "Grant access".

It's important to note that only existing Organization Admins can add new ones.
