Adding the comment section is freezing, we are unable to scroll throught the older comments.

Could you share more details on the issue you are encountering? Is your screen freezing while adding a comment? Or are you trying to add a large comment and while you are adding, you are unable to scroll down to see older comments?

Thank you! Currently, when adding a comment in draft/edit mode covering the screen, it'll restrict the visibility of other comments in Jira tickets. And in some cases, the other comments won't be visible.
We have a feature request for the same to improve itFR: JRACLOUD-95841
