Export WhiteBoard (images in white)

Arnau Barbecho Barrado

Hello!

I'm trying to export a WhiteBoard with some pictures, but when i export the WhiteBoard into jpg or png some pictures are in white.

I tried with GoogleChrome and another browser (Edge), but i have the same problem.

Any idea?

Thanks to all community!

Thanks for sharing the screenshots!
From what I can see is the images display fine on the Whiteboard itself, but they turn blank when exporting to JPG/PNG.

A few things you can try:

Clear your browser cache and re-export
Re-upload the images directly to the Whiteboard
Try exporting as PDF (if available)

If it still doesn’t work, this might be a bug/limitation with Whiteboard export. I’d recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian and attaching the before/after screenshots you already have so that they can investigate further.

Thanks,
Shreeja

Hi @Arnau Barbecho Barrado

Few things to try:

Increase the zoom level of the Whiteboard and then try to export.
Check if the pictures in the Whiteboard are not linked from an external URL. If so, upload the images directly as attachments on the whiteboard page.
Check the extensions of the images in the whiteboard. If png, convert the to jpeg and then try to export.

Hope this helps!

Rajat
