If you want a Jira Cloud dashboard that shows overall project performance and helps you spot schedule risks, you can build it with our app Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.

This is not an option in ootb gadgets used in a Jira dashboard, you would need to revert to marketplace apps, or even look at apps then can export information to a BI tool.

This as your question is a BI reporting question. I have mentioned this a lost on the community (and others as well); "Jira is not a reporting application"

Fo extensive reporting, look at marketplace options or a BI solution.
