i didn't pass the 10 user o, jira but the subscription is canceled

Once a free trial has been canceled it unfortunately can’t be reactivated on the same site.What you can do is start a new free trial by creating a new site URL (e.g. yourcompany-test.atlassian.net) — this will give you another 30-day trial to keep testing.

Go to admin.atlassian.com -> Select your site.Navigate to Billing -> Select 'Manage' next to the subscription.
Check the subscription status:

Does the subscription currently show as Canceled or Suspended?Could you please share a screenshot of the Manage Subscription page for reference?
