I want to automate tasks with Confluence to track changes on pages using the Atlassian Python API. I am using SoftLayer. Could you provide a step-by-step guide on how to set this up, including how to obtain the API token required for authentication? Additionally, I would like any important details or best practices I should be aware of when using the API for automation.
