Question

I'm trying to setup an automation for creating an Epic from another Project.
But I'm facing this issue. 
Even though all fields are already on creation screen and actor for the rule is also set with the required permissions but still facing this issue,

Can you provide screen images that show your entire rule, please?

The portion of the rule you have shared shows only a Create Issue action to create an Epic in the DHM project.

But the Create Issue Action details you shared and the Create Issue dialog you are sharing is for the project DSAAP.

Additionally the messages in the rule execution Audit Log are indicative of some other portion of the rule being executed, rather than the portion of the rule you have shared.

There may be something relevant to the problem in the portions of the rule you have not yet shared.

I noticed that in your images from your rule the Project you are specifying for the Epic creation is not the same as the Project that you are showing in the Creat Issue dialog screen images.

Can you share an image of the Create Issue dialog for an Epic in the same project you are targeting in your rule?
