We have started a few months ago with approval workflows in jsm (service desk). Now our PO's are trying to search for the approval work items which are actually created and waiting for approval or were created sooner. So the main issue we have, the approval work items are not found in the search, except we enter the exact summary.
So this is annoying and really not usefull.
For example we had an approval request a few days ago with the summary:
Request for new software - RealVNC
if i enter VNC in the search field, the ticket will be not found but other tickets with some summary with vnc in will be found. Only the ticket for the approval is not shown.
The ticket is maybe one week old and i try to search for "all work" or just in the search field.
If i enter RealVNC it is shown with all other tickets which have some vnc text insider.
Do i have some possibility to make this search better except to create a filter for only approvals?
And is it possible to embed an filter to an kanban board for other members?
I have created a filter for the approvals, and its open to my team and also editable from my team. When searching it in the filters i cant find it as another user.
Update: However, i created the filter and am not able to change viewers to someone else than me.
Changing editors is working.
I also deleted and recreated the filter and tried to save from beginning with the right viewers and editors. I never can save the viewers to someone else as private.
I am full admin in our instance!
