Is there a default group "DGG-OL-JIRA" that is shipped by ATLASSIAN when we take a subscription for the first time?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Shalabh Gandhi !
I don't think there is such a group that comes with a subscription. Only Org Admins create groups. Atlassian never creates a group for you.
I hope this answers your question.
Best,
Fadoua
