Not able to import components from Github. The option is disabled

Where is this option disabled, can you provide more context?

The option to bulk import component from Github is disabled from option "Create" -> "Import components" (screen shot attached)
I have already tried to add GitHub App from Compass marketplace, and it shows "Added" (screen shot attached)
But after this nothing happens, the option "Configure" on click lands back to the show all Apps (screen shot attached)
You haven't configured the app yet.
Go to apps and on GitHub connect with your GitHub.

If you can't configure, nothing is connected and you can't install components from GitHub.

Yea @Marc -Devoteam- that is the problem. I am not able to configure, because as soon I click the button "Configure" nothing happens and page loads back to the initial landing page with list of all the Apps (below screenshot):
