I can see that filter in my dashboard, but one of team teammates was facing this issue. check the permissions. everything was clear

In what way did you check the permissions?
Can you display the filter directly by access it from the list of Filters?
Can your teammate display the filter directly in the same manner?
To see the output of a filter within a Dashboard gadget the viewer of the Dashboard must have access to view the Filter directly. The filter must be Shared in a manner that makes it accessible to the viewer of the dashboard. If your teammate cannot access the filter directly, then the filter has not been properly shared with them.
Have you confirmed that your teammate is assigned to the User role in the specified Project?
Yes, I have added them
They have the permissions
Are they able to access the filter directly, from the Filters list, and view the results?
Have you confirmed by examining the URL that they are viewing the same dashboard you are viewing?
