Steps to Repro and attachments don’t get updated some times and have to refresh the page multiple times.

There is a give feedback on the new navigation button inside Jira, if all is well. I would recommend to share your feedback there directly, as it gets straight to the Atlassian team that way.
Also, do provide a bit more context / detail if you do so, as it seems useful to investigate further.
