How to block commits or pull requests in Bitbucket Cloud if commit messages don’t contain valid Jira

Hi Community,We are using Bitbucket Cloud for source code and Jira Cloud for issue tracking.Requirement:* We want to enforce that every Git commit message contains a valid Jira issue key
* If the key is missing or invalid (i.e., the issue doesn’t exist in Jira Cloud), then:
* The commit or pull request should not be allowed.

The Problem:* Currently, there’s no built-in way in Bitbucket Cloud to prevent developers from:* Committing without a Jira issue key
* Creating pull requests with such commits

What we’re looking for:* A way to block commits or PRs automatically if any commit message:* Doesn’t include a Jira issue key
* Contains a non-existent or invalid Jira key

Require linked issue—this option does not check if the mentioned key exists in Jira or not.

You can achieve this using option 2), which is a built in feature of Bitbucket - See the docs for Require linked issue keys in commits.

I want to restrict developers from pushing a commit from the local system to Bitbucket if the commit message doesn't have any Issue key or the Issue key is invalid or the Issue key doesn't exist in Jira.
