Can not install Rovo Dev Agent

We attempted to install the Rovo Dev Agent, but encountered an error during the installation process. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

Could someone please help us identify the cause of this issue or guide us on how to proceed?

Hi Fabio,

Thank you for your reply. Based on our testing at other sites, we found that it is possible to install the Rovo Dev Agent successfully even without connecting to the SCM. Therefore, the issue we are currently experiencing may be different from that.

Thank you for your reply. We have indeed tried installing it using incognito mode, but the same error message still appears.

Rovo Dev agent requires a source code management linked to your JIRA instance (bitbucket/github) (https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/set-up-rovo-dev-agents/).

Do you have any of SCM linked to your JIRA site?
