Hi,
We see that we are not able to add event in confluence cloud page. The calendar has been added to page and in the page we are unable to add events.
Or its only possible to do via team calendars?
Regards,Suma
Yes you will need Team Calendars. It is available in Confluence Premium and above subscriptions:https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-add-and-edit-calendars
However, looks like you have this as you are able to add the calendar macro on the Confluence page.Make sure you have selected the name of the calendar that you want to pull into the macro and update the page.Once the calendar is visible on the page, double click on any of the dates to pop up the event window and then proceed.
Hi ibm.kustagi@mercedes-benz.com (Suma), welcome to Atlassian community.
The calendar macro on your Confluence page is designed to display the calendar and its events. To add or manage events, you interact with the calendar functionality that the macro embeds or links to.
You might have already tried below, if not, it's good to start:
Official Atlassian documentation links on how Team Calendars works:
@Rajat Pratap Singh
seems when i double click and add the event the page is getting reloaded and leave is not getting captured over the calendar page.
Could be related to permissions. As you can see the calendar on the page, you seem to have the view permission for the calendar and the space it originated from.
However please confirm if you also have edit rights to the calendar.Go to Team Calendars -> click on (...) ->Restrictions
Check if you have edit rights on this calendar:
