I need help with logging in to my Jira account which suddenly became inactive. I tried to raise a ticket to IT department in my company but they mentioned they can not help and i have to contact you directly.

I've deleted your sensitive data, because this forum is public. Do you have the standard or premium Jira, so you can contact Atlassian support directly? You can sign up for a free trial during the request and then cancel it after you finish with it.
