Does linking a Jira HIPAA site to a Confluence non-HIPAA site violate a BAA for HIPAA compliance?

I don't think this is the best place to ask that question. I'd reach out to a HIPAA expert or look for a HIPAA forum.

However, in my experience, if you have to ask, it probably does violate something.
