Query result as default value in hidden variable

is it possible to set the default value of a hidden variable in Atlassian Analytics by a result of a query?

Hi @Tobias.Hach

At the moment, hidden variables in Atlassian Analytics only support static default values – you can’t directly populate them with a query result. Refer: Set up a “Hidden variable” control

What usually works is handling the logic in the main query itself (for example, using a subquery or WITH clause to pick the latest or required value), or using a regular variable control with a query-based default and simply keeping it tucked away on the dashboard.
