Jira BigPicture Values from Jira fields not showing up in BP

Question

I am using BigPicture with Jira Cloud Premium.

field mappings in BigPicture are set to default settings.

I am not able to see values from original estimate and remaining estimates from Jira into BigPicture.

Also I populated original estimate field values in BigPicture field too.

Sometime the values can be seen for these fields and sometimes it just does not display. Very inconsistent. Not sure am I missing any settings.

Thanks Vitalli for your response. I had opened BP ticket and they came back saying their Dev team found a Bug and will fix it as part of a hotfix for version 8.55

* Go to BigPicture Settings > Field Mapping
* Ensure "Original Estimate" and "Remaining Estimate" are properly mapped
* Check if these fields are set to "Auto-sync" or manual sync

* Permissions - Make sure your BigPicture user has permission to view time tracking fields in Jira
* Time tracking - Verify time tracking is enabled in your Jira project settings
* Field visibility - Check if these fields are visible on the issue screen schemes

Quick fix to try:

* Go to BigPicture > Settings > Synchronization
* Run a manual sync and see if values appear
* If still inconsistent, try refreshing the BigPicture cache

The inconsistency suggests it might be a caching or sync timing issue. You can also check the BigPicture sync logs for any error messages.
