We are developing an application that integrates with Confluence via the REST API. Our use case involves creating pages programmatically within a public/shared Confluence space but restricting the visibility of each newly-created page to only a specific user.
Could you please confirm:
- Is there an available REST API endpoint or functionality that allows setting page-level visibility permissions within a public space, limiting access to just one user?
- If yes, could you provide documentation, specific endpoints, permission requirements, or any example requests?
- If no direct API support exists, is there an alternative best-practice you recommend for programmatically achieving this behavior?
