pressing SHIFT+ENTER in a form leads to submit the form what is not expected

We have a form for customers to create support tickets.
It contains a "Tenant URL" with field of type "URL", which is linked to Jira field "Tenant URL"
When the customer is in this field and presses SHIFT+ENTER, the form gets submitted without all the fields being filled out, which is not expected.
Can this be configured in order that pressing SHIFT+ENTER has no effect?
Or is it perhaps a bug?

Not a great answer, but you can add a mandatory tick box in the end that says something like "I agree that all the information I have provided can be submitted and processed." Since its mandatory it shouldn't submit until they've finished the form lol.

Hi Christian,

Unless I am missing something, you should mark all fields as Required if you want them to have values in them before the form is submitted.

Yes thanks, we did this in the meantime.
The issue remains when all mandatory fields are filled.

Hmm, I'm not a friend of too much and unnecessary fields, this punishes all users.
Then is pressing SHIFT+ENTER the smaller evil.

There is no error message.
When the customer presses SHIFT+ENTER, the form gets submitted without all non-mandatory fields being filled out, which is not expected.
But it doesn't matter, the customer knows that he should avoid pressing SHIFT+ENTER.
