How to activate the Bulk Change option

Hi,

I am trying to use the Bulk Change Option, but only my project owner is able to see this option. When going this route All Work > more options (the three dots on the right) the project owner has the "Bulk Change work items option"

When I follow the same route with my account this option doesent show. I already tried going to the global fields and created a group, added myself and a few others and added the groups to the "Make bulk changes" global permission. Nevertheless, That option is still not showing to me.

Are you using a Free, Standard, or Premium subscription?

Have you tried a different browser app, a private browser window, or clearing your browser cache?

If go to Filters > Search Work Items, and retrieve a list of items, do you see the Bulk Change option there?

Yes, a coworker and I have been having the same issue that neither of us see the option to start bulk change in none of our projects. When we go the All work, and from the list in the 3 dots we only have :

View work Item as chart

Hide Done Work Items

Show hierarchy

Give feedback

Are you using a Free, Standard, or Premium subscription?

Are you experiencing this for all projects or just one project?

Do other users have the same experience?

Have you tried a different browser app, a private browser window, or clearing your browser cache?

If go to Filters > Search Work Items, and retrieve a list of items from the same project, do you see the Bulk Change option there?
