Os campos precisam estar presentes na caixa de diálogo Criar para aquele tipo de item naquele projeto para que a Regra de Automação os defina ao criar um item daquele tipo naquele projeto.
A que tipo de projeto isso se refere? Obtenha essa informação na página "Ver todos os projetos", no menu "Projetos". O método para modificar a caixa de diálogo "Criar" dependerá do tipo de projeto.

The error indicates that some fields you are trying to set in your Create action are not available.
If you try to create the same type of item in the same project manually through the UI are those fields present in the Create dialog?
The fields need to be present in the Create dialog for that type of item in that project in order for the Automation Rule to set them when creating an item of that type in that project.
What type of project does this concern? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. The method to modify the Create dialog will depend on the project type.

Não existe essa caixa de diálogo pois a automação é a criação de Sub-tasks, contudo, quando crio uma sub-task manualmente, os campos Cliente e Account existem sim.
