How to Create Capacity View in JIRA Cloud Plan with Kanban Board?

Hi Community,

I want to create a Capacity View for my Teams in JIRA Cloud Plan.

I am using Kanban Board and how I can track my Team members assigned work, how I can set weekly capacity of a Kanban team in either days or hours, and how I can make the best use of Teams feature on Plan?

Any video tutorial, help documents, step by step guide with screenshots, will be a great help.
