unable to access my jira cloud project

hi team!

We are having some troubles with our access!

Context: we had a domain called: @algartech.com but our company has changed to @positivosmais.com, so now we wanted to access to this project : scrumdevelopmentteam.atlassian.net

and we are not able to access.

We have tried but the login process ask for a code verification that it send to algartech.com email. Currently algartech.com domain is not available!

Fro this reason we want to know what is the procedure or what can we do in these situations.

The admin is @Gerardo Nunez ALVAREZ (gerardona@posivosmais.com), previously it was gerardona@algartech.com

I am not certain if our team can make direct changes to the site, but our support team should at least be able to advise your existing site-admins to help make sure that you and other users should have continued access to the site.
