We're migrating our Atlassian Connect app to Forge. During testing on our production site (company.atlassian.net), we noticed that the Forge version prompts for a subscription, even for internal testing.
In Connect, we could test apps without going through the billing flow. But Forge apps seem to require a subscription—even just to upgrade or validate them in real-world use cases.
Is there any official sandbox or evaluation path for Forge apps that allows us to test paid apps on production domains without subscribing? Or is the only option to subscribe even for internal QA/testing?
Any guidance or official documentation link would be appreciated!
