I included pageX within an expand on pageB. I noticed today that when I updated pageX, the included version on pageB did not update. Is this a known glitch? It makes included pages unusable.

I could not replicate the issue (Page inclusion in an expand) on my Confluence.
Upon refresh of the page with the inclusion in an expand, I could see the updates I made in the original page immediately.
I'd check if you see the same behavior in a different browser (and/or same browser in the incognito mode) and perhaps try restarting the browser or clearing the cache.
