When trying to search for a specific ticket by #, the search functionality is not working. We are able to look up ticket #'s via the backlog but not on the main board. All other search functionality is working, such as by ticket name/title.
Hi @Luke Jarvis Do you use ABC-123 format or just 123?
SAKIIO-### is the current format. Even when I type "SAK", none of the tickets will appear.
What happens if you don't fill in the search field? Do you see any tickets?
