Hello @Prajwal Sapat

Each team is different, hence the estimation technique works differently for each team.

Key Considerations:

• Team Collaboration:

The estimation process should involve the entire team to leverage diverse perspectives and insights.

• Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and refine your estimation process based on your team's velocity and historical data.
• Focus on Understanding:

Ensure everyone on the team understands the definition of each story point and the factors that influence the estimation.
• Don't Overthink:

While detailed estimation is important, don't get bogged down in overly complex calculations. Focus on getting a good enough estimate that allows the team to move forward.
