It looks like you have the right commands and I would expect that to work.
Are you reusing a prior token or did you just generate it? A guess, and just a guess is if this is an older token, it may not have permissions for newer functionality like rovo. I'd try creating a new token and seeing if it helps.

I ran it on another machine, I think I might have to reinstall it, how do I clean up the files and uninstall it
