Hi @STEFANIA SKOURTA , welcome to the Community!

You should be able to change your billing details via the Admin Hub, or the Billing Console. You can access the Admin Hub via admin.atlassian.com, and you can get to Billing via admin.atlassian.com/billing.

You will need to be a Billing Administrator to make these changes, so you might need to find the right person in your org to help out if that is not you.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If you'd like to change your billing details, you need to have billing admin permissions. Please go to:
https://admin.atlassian.com/

Then navigate to Billing , select the relevant product, and click Manage .
You’ll then see the Billing Console , where you can update your payment type or make other changes to your billing settings.
