My Google Sheet is not auto populating the JIRAs, I tried many times but only a manual refresh works

Only a manual refresh when triggered works auto populates the JIRAs, I want this to be automatically refreshed / populated. Also not being the owner of the sheet I am unable to trigger manual refresh also.

It should auto populate since it is scheduled for hourly refresh

Thanks for the provided information.

There can be different reasons why the update is not being done.

1. It can be run only for the owner, or when the owner is logged out, unverified, or the token has expired -> no refresh happens.
2. If the data is protected, it can be the reason for the refresh. Check if there is a set protection or not.

Please check the above mentioned reasons and let me know.
